What is outcome-level assessment?

Outcome-level assessment means judging a student’s standing with separate evidence for each learning outcome in the curriculum instead of a single subject grade. The result shows which outcomes are proficient, which are partial and which need support. Each outcome needs enough questions and measurements behind it; where data is thin, the result is not treated as settled.

How Measura uses it

Instead of “Maths: 62” you see “ratio and proportion needs support, percentages are partial and improving”. Measura shows every result with its evidence level and uncertainty; where evidence is thin it does not draw a conclusion and suggests a short check instead.
