What data do we collect?

• Your name, institution, institution type, role, email address and optional message (contact form).
• Technical server logs (IP address, date, requested page) may be kept when you visit the site.

For what purpose and on what legal basis?

Your data is processed only to answer your demo request and to contact you. The legal basis is that processing is necessary to act on your request, and our legitimate interest. The checkbox on the form shows that you have read this notice.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies, advertising or analytics tools, so there is no cookie banner either.

Retention and transfers

Your request is kept during the conversation and for up to 12 months after it ends, and is then deleted. Your data is not shared with third parties for advertising. Form and email messages are processed through our domain, email-routing and hosting providers, who may be located outside Türkiye.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Turkish KVKK you can ask to access, correct or delete your data and object to its processing. Use the address on the contact page to make a request.

Data principles of the Measura product

• Data is kept in Measura’s hosted environment or on the institution’s own servers, depending on the chosen setup; cross-border transfer follows the institution’s decision.
• Access is limited by country, school and role; the system works with the least data needed. An audit trail is kept.
• The product is designed around the requirements of the GDPR, the KVKK and the relevant country’s law; parent information is prepared during discovery.
• Identifiable student data is not sent to external AI services. The language model never grades and never decides alone.
• Data can be exported in open formats.
