Assessment and growth-tracking system for schools

Measure, track and support every student’s growth.

Measura turns the mock, term and short exams you already run into an outcome-level growth record for every student. Teachers see support suggestions tailored to each student; leaders follow growth across classes, schools and the whole institution in one place.

From measurement to support follow-up.

Example: grade 7 mathematics, ratio and proportion. The same result reads at class, school and network level.

Measure

Class 7-B takes a short 20-minute check, on screen or on a paper answer sheet. Every question maps to an outcome.

Paper sheets are scanned; no separate grade entry.

The whole class appears outcome by outcome. Nine students are weak in ratio and proportion; the prerequisite map points to a likely source: operations with fractions.

Every result is shown with its evidence level.

Act

The suggestion lands on the teacher’s weekly list. The teacher accepts, edits or declines it; an accepted plan is attached to the student.

Re-measure

Two to three weeks later the same outcome is measured again. What changed after which support is written into the student’s history.

Growth is the difference between two comparable measurements: the same outcome at similar scope and difficulty.

Who sees what?

One record, three levels of decision.

Example screen

Teacher

Sees in a short list which student needs support on which outcome this week.

Makes this easier: Who gets support, on what, and when.

School leadership

Sees which classes and subjects have a concentrated need for support, and whether planned support has actually happened.

Makes this easier: What comes first at the department meeting.

Grade 8 algebra · 2 checks declining · support plan pending
Example screen

Institution leadership

Follows where the same outcome keeps showing a need for support across schools, with a student history that survives a change of teacher.

Makes this easier: A shared support plan and where to put resources.

Ask in plain language; every answer shows its source and date.

Which classes need support this week?

Three classes stand out. 7-B ratio and proportion: 9 students, likely prerequisite operations with fractions; 4 of them had fraction support last term. 8-C percentages: declining for two checks in a row. 7-A algebraic expressions: limited evidence, a short check is suggested.

Mock and paper exams

Outcome-tagged answer sheets are scanned and results go straight onto the map. Schools with few devices can take part too.

Permissions and record control

Every signal keeps its source, date, evidence level and access trail. Role-based permissions and two-factor sign-in.

Setup options

Cloud

For single schools and tutoring centres.

No installation; Measura hosts and updates it. Annual subscription.

Institution server

For school groups and institutions.

Installation and data on your own server. Licence and transfer terms are detailed in the enterprise agreement.

With either option, student data is handled according to KVKK and GDPR requirements; identifiable student data is not sent to external AI services.

The basis of every suggestion is visible.

“The evidence that this student is ready is weak for now; these three questions will make it clearer.” That is how Measura talks about a student.

Says when data is thin

It does not draw conclusions from too little data; it suggests a short check instead.

Checks the questions too

An item that looks misleading or gets challenged goes to a specialist; if the key changes, results are recalculated.

Leaves the decision to teachers

The language model never grades and never decides alone. Identifiable student data is not sent to external AI services.

It does not label students, rank schools or assign grades.

Frequently asked questions

What is Measura?

Measura is an assessment and decision-support system that turns the exams you already run into an outcome-level growth record for every student, shows the likely prerequisite behind a weak outcome and gives teachers weekly support suggestions.

Does it work with paper exams?

Yes. Outcome-tagged answer sheets are scanned and read; results go onto the same map as on-screen checks. Mock exams come in the same way.

Does it run in the cloud or on our own server?

Either. In the cloud option Measura hosts and updates it, on an annual subscription. With the institution-server option, installation and data sit on your own server; licence and transfer terms are detailed in the enterprise agreement. The choice depends less on institution size than on your data policy and operating capacity.

Does it replace our school management system?

No. Attendance, accounting and official report cards stay in your current system. Measura turns exam results into an outcome-level growth record for each student and produces support suggestions.

How do we start?

With a 90-day pilot on a subject and classes you choose. The pilot covers outcome mapping, a first report, support in practice and a comparable re-check. Scope and success criteria are written down before it starts.
